Brad is a NYC based Sound Designer/Broadway Associate and Senior Associate at Apeiro Design. Brad was the Associate Sound Designer for Choir Boy which won the 2019 Tony Award for Best Sound, the Lead System Tech for Cirque du Soleil’s The Beatles LOVE, and a Consultant at various Theatrical Design firms throughout the US and UK. Brad holds an MFA in Sound Design from Yale School of Drama.

Brad is an active collaborator and has been involved in OISTAT’s Sound Design Sub-commission since 2002.  He was the curator for Sound Kitchen at World Stage Design in 2017 (Taipei) and 2022 (Calgary) and is on the curation team for 2025 (Sharjah).  Brad has been a member of USITT since 1990 and presently serves as Vice Commissioner of Sound.  He’s been a member of both the ASD and TSDCA since their inception and serves on the education committee for TSDCA.

Brad is an educator and has taught full time and provided workshops around the world in places like London, Philippines, New York, Nashville, Las Vegas and Aspen.  He always feels like he learns as much as he teaches when given these opportunities.

Brad loves to travel and believes the best part of OISTAT is getting to know other members and breaking down borders through our work together!
