Global Community Specialist of OISTAT
Julie Chien holds an MA in Photography from the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. As an exhibiting photography artist and independent bookmaker, she was selected as one of the Fresh Eyes X GUP European emerging photography talents. Her lens has documented scenes and behind-the-scenes moments for the DAMU (Theatre Faculty) and FAMU (Film Faculty) film sets, while her professional versatility is grounded in an international background in global user support and proofreading. Joing OISTAT in June 2026, Chien manages global member column writing, and providing on-site administrative assistance for international events.
